If you don't vote, the politicians have no reason to ever pay attention to you.

In the break room at work, there was this horrid publication that was pretty much right-wing propaganda. I can't remember what it was called, but the cover story was a lambasting of the Washington Post over their coverage of Virginia's Sen. Allen's use of a racial slur.

Anyway, I flipped through it and found a page dedicated to justifying torture of prisoners. That got me a little pissed off, and I wanted to do something. So, I found a red pencil and wrote over the text in big letters, "TORTURE IS TERRORISM". It wasn't much, but I felt better.

After seeing this story, I was left wondering if the IRS will also go after all those churches that had pro-war sermons. There were quite a few, as I remember.

Re-Imagineering is a look at the state of Disney theme park attractions. It covers attractions that have been changed or have disappeared all together. It's fascinating but it's also saddening at times. Whatever happened to the days when attractions weren't based on movies? Oh, right, Disney turned around and made attractions based on those.

Of course, sad as that is, few things are sadder than paving paradise and putting up a parking lot and then tearing down the parking lot!

Well, this isn't quite the look I had in mind, but it's fun and silly and I like it! I don't know why I wanted to go with the fruity thing. Originally, I wanted green, black, and yellow like the top of cool bag but I decided black is boring so it's just yellow and green. We're a Sprite can or something.
